aquilo V

AQUILO V was the very first fully carbon fiber body rocket that the team has produced. This ensures significant weight reduction over previous models. The only non-carbon fiber parts are the bulkheads, nose-cone and inner tubes.

AQUILO V is a rocket designed by the project team. This rocket uses a solid-fuel rocket engine provided by NERO and is capable of reaching an altitude of around 2 kilometers.

The AQUILO V was successfully launched at the military base near ‘t Harde in October 2018.
