aquilo rocket team
A passionate student rocketry team from Inholland University of Applied Sciences in Delft, the Netherlands, dedicated to passing down rocketry knowledge and pushing the limits of student innovation.
We don’t just learn - we design, build, test, and refine through hands-on experience, extensive research, and rigorous (ground) testing.
Almost everything, including our rocket motors, is made in-house, giving us full control over our designs. With the support of sponsors and industry partners, we’re launching the next generation of engineers, one rocket at a time!
Our story
We are setting our sights on Portugal, where we aim to compete in the European Rocketry Challenge (EuRoC) 2026. To achieve this, our team is working tirelessly on Aquilo IX—our first rocket designed to meet all competition rules and requirements. With dedication and innovation, we are taking the next step in advancing our rocketry journey!
In early 2025, we will relaunch Aquilo XIII.VS. Meanwhile, the POLARIS Project is well underway, and we have recently completed the HEI Project, further strengthening our expertise and capabilities.
